Bancassurance Sales Trainer

About the role

The Sales Enablement Manager drives sales capability, leadership development and business readiness initiatives to boost productivity and strengthen sales performance. The role covers designing learning programs, supporting sales leaders and preparing the sales force for new products and partnerships, within a hybrid working arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Sales capability development: design and deliver learning programs, including structured learning journeys, training interventions and performance tracking.
• Leadership enablement: coach sales leaders and support performance management and leadership development.
• Product and business readiness: deploy learning for new product launches and strategic initiatives so the sales force can execute effectively in the field.
• Compliance and regulatory training: manage mandatory training, certification requirements and governance-related learning with the Compliance and Risk teams.
• Partnership enablement: build the capability of bank staff and support bancassurance initiatives through targeted training.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Education, Human Resources, Finance, Insurance or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience in a partnership channel or bancassurance environment is a must; sales experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Training design framework, training delivery and facilitation.
• Stakeholder management and data analysis and performance tracking.
• Presentation and communication skills, leadership coaching fundamentals.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI prompting and digital learning tools.
