Telemarketing Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telemarketing Supervisor to lead and develop a high‑performing telemarketing team in our Central Jakarta office. You will be responsible for driving sales results, ensuring quality interactions, and aligning the team’s efforts with our broader marketing and sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach a team of telemarketers to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Conduct daily check‑ins, weekly 1:1 meetings and performance evaluations.
• Provide training on scripts, call quality, WhatsApp communication and CRM usage.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare insights and actionable reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified leads and appointments.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Implement performance improvement initiatives to achieve 95‑120% of target attainment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telemarketing Manager, Supervisor or Lead Telesales Manager.
• Willingness to work a five‑day week with possible Saturday/Sunday shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and leadership abilities.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and solve problems efficiently.
