Student Counsellor (AECC - Indonesia)

About the role

AECC is an international education consultancy with its head office in Melbourne, Australia, offering student placement and visa and migration services. Reporting to the Office Manager at the Jakarta branch, you will advise, inform and guide prospective international students, and sell the company's services by phone, email and in person.

Key responsibilities

• Counseled enquiries received from students and sell the company's services
• Maintain close contact with students and follow up consistently
• Give accurate information and keep each student's details up to date
• Achieve the target number of applicants each time, or exceed expectations
• Handle difficult situations calmly and complete other related tasks as required

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Fluent English
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Customer-centred, able to work in a cross-cultural environment, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication, and a team player

Required skills

• Strong experience with CRM systems
• Competent computer skills
• Organisational skills to deliver reports and feedback on marketing initiatives on time
