职位概况
招聘一名电商专家，负责印尼站Shopee和TikTok Shop的销售与运营管理工作，需常驻印尼。岗位统筹销售与运营团队，覆盖客户转化、店铺运营、广告投放及团队建设。
主要职责
- 带领销售团队，负责全平台客户咨询响应、转化率提升和售后服务协调，制定话术、响应SOP和催付策略，监控并优化团队绩效
- 带领运营团队制定店铺整体策略，包括商品上架、活动提报、店铺装修、评分维护、库存协同，熟悉平台流量规则与佣金结构
- 制定并执行Shopee Ads、TikTok Ads投放策略，根据点击率、ROI等指标动态调整出价、人群与时段
- 统筹销售与运营团队工作衔接，与库存及履约团队协同，搭建团队培训、考核与激励体系
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上电商经验，其中2年以上至少3人以上团队管理经验
- 熟悉印尼站运营逻辑、推广工具和活动玩法，了解印尼本地电商节奏
- 有广告投放实操经验，能独立制定预算、监控ROI并优化策略
- 英语流利，可作为工作语言
- 加分项：长期电商平台运营经验、二手手机/3C数码类目经验、从0到1搭建团队或店铺经验
