Senior Account Executive - Indonesia

About the role

Rimini Street, a global provider of enterprise software support, managed services and Agentic AI ERP solutions for Oracle, SAP and VMware, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive sales of its service offerings in the Indonesia market. The role reports directly to the VP of Sales, South East Asia / Greater China and may be based remotely within Indonesia, with 25% to 35% travel across the region to engage prospects and clients. It is a hunter role focused on accelerating growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create awareness and demand for Rimini Street products and services
• Identify and qualify opportunities through prospecting, lead follow-up, networking and working with the lead generation team
• Understand prospects' goals, problems and needs, and guide them toward the RSI solution
• Create sales presentations, positioning statements and other collateral for each opportunity
• Run the sales process with Operations, Legal, Marketing, Sales Engineers and Finance to win deals
• Negotiate complex contracts and navigate internal approval processes
• Track activities in Salesforce CRM and forecast quarterly and annual commitments
• Use social and digital selling strategies to maximize opportunities

Required profile

• 10 years of overall sales or inside sales experience, including 3+ years selling ERP software for SAP and/or Oracle
• Proven quota over-achievement and experience competing against Oracle and/or SAP in complex situations
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented, competitive environment

Required skills

• Selling, customer relations and negotiation skills, able to communicate with C-level executives, procurement, legal and line-of-business reps
• Consultative approach such as Challenger or MEDDPICC
• Strong writing, presentation and analytical skills
• Experience with social and digital selling techniques
