Salesforce Administrator

About the role

DVI Solutions, a provider of audio-visual setups since 2002, is looking for a Salesforce Administrator in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role supports the administration, configuration and optimisation of the Salesforce platform so that it effectively supports sales, revenue, e-commerce and customer processes. You will work closely with business users to gather requirements, improve workflows and support day-to-day operations across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales pipeline, opportunity tracking, quoting and pricing workflows, and revenue reporting (Sales & Revenue Cloud)
• Support e-commerce workflows and integrations using Commerce Cloud
• Assist with customer support and marketing processes in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Act as functional point of contact for Salesforce support requests from business users
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and turn them into Salesforce solutions
• Configure fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports and dashboards
• Manage user access, profiles, roles and permission sets
• Maintain data accuracy through clean-up, imports and routine checks
• Help document business processes and system configurations
• Take part in testing, deployment and release support for new features
• Provide user training and guide teams on using Salesforce
• Collaborate with IT, sales operations and business teams on platform improvements

Required profile

• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a Salesforce support/functional role
• Good understanding of Salesforce CRM and core platform functionality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) is a plus but not required
