DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

DVI Solutions, a provider of audio-visual setups since 2002 with a presence across Asia, is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer in Jakarta. The engineer designs, secures and scales the cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines of the company's SaaS platform, integrating Azure cloud infrastructure, Bitbucket CI/CD pipelines and Jira workflows so that deployments are secure, traceable, compliant and aligned with engineering best practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provision, manage and scale Microsoft Azure infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code), keeping environments secure, scalable and highly available across development, staging and production.
• Implement monitoring, logging and observability with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Grafana, and optimise cloud architecture, networking, identity and access management.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket Pipelines, manage Git workflows, branch strategies and pull requests, and integrate deployment with Jira for end-to-end traceability.
• Embed security controls in CI/CD, including SAST, SCA, dependency and vulnerability scanning, and use tools such as Snyk, SonarQube or Aikido.
• Investigate and remediate vulnerabilities and support SOC 2 compliance through audit trails, security controls and evidence collection.
• Work with software engineers and QA teams to improve developer experience and release quality, and promote DevSecOps best practices.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, site reliability engineering or related fields.
• At least 1 year of hands-on DevSecOps or cloud security experience.
• Experience integrating Jira and Bitbucket workflows.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices, IAM, networking and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2.
• Strong troubleshooting and automation mindset.
