Risk Management and Business Process Intern

About the role

INDICO, a digital technology subsidiary of Telkomsel, is looking for a Risk Management and Internal Control Intern. You will work closely with the finance team to support risk management and internal control, gaining hands-on experience in developing internal control metrics, designing controls and monitoring business processes across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and updating company policies on risk management and internal control to mitigate financial reporting risks
• Support the identification and implementation of risk assessments related to financial statements
• Help design, update and monitor internal control structures, including Entity Level Controls (ELC), IT-ELC, IT General Controls (ITGC) and Transactional Level Controls (TLC)
• Gather and analyze data for internal and external audit assessments, including control self-assessment and ITGC
• Support internal control testing and prepare documentation for audits
• Help prepare materials for socializing Internal Control policies to relevant units

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and strong interest in internal control design and monitoring
