Group CFO

About the role

HRnetOne is looking for a CFO to lead and oversee the full Finance & Accounting function at group level, covering several business units. The role sits at group or holding-company level and works closely with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure strong financial governance, controls, compliance and reporting across business units.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, cash-flow management and financial performance monitoring.
• Strengthen FP&A and strategic financial planning, giving management actionable insights and recommendations.
• Act as a strategic business partner on business strategy, corporate finance, investment evaluation and growth initiatives, including potential M&A.
• Lead, develop and strengthen the group finance organisation, improving processes, financial discipline and capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director or senior finance leader at group or holding-company level.
• Experience overseeing multiple business units or legal entities.
• Strong combination of operational and strategic finance capabilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or diversified businesses is preferred; exposure to Indonesian and multinational environments is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and adaptability in an entrepreneurial, owner-led environment.
