Business Analyst

About the role

HRnetOne is hiring a Business Analyst in Jakarta. The role builds financial models, quantitative projections and valuation analyses to support strategy and operations, and covers research and assessment of ventures in healthcare, beauty, aesthetics and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Build comprehensive financial models, quantitative business projections and valuation analyses to guide strategic decisions and operations.
• Carry out qualitative and quantitative research on market landscapes in healthcare (pharma/supplements, medical devices), beauty, aesthetics and wellness.
• Run simulation analyses on emerging project opportunities to define business best practices and actionable insights.
• Create high-level presentation decks for Board of Directors meetings and external stakeholder discussions.
• Assess ongoing and prospective ventures, including business processes, supply chains and key stakeholder dynamics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Corporate Strategy Analyst or in commercial financial analysis.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, aesthetic, wellness or consumer goods is strongly advantageous.
• Fluent professional English, able to turn complex data into clear executive insights and work across teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for financial modelling, complex formulas and data analysis.
• Presentation design in PowerPoint / Google Slides.
