Refinancing Department Head

About the role

HRnetOne is looking for a Refinancing Department Head based in Jakarta. The role leads the nationwide refinancing business, driving growth, disbursement and market penetration while coordinating area and branch heads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute nationwide refinancing business and marketing strategies to accelerate growth, disbursement and market penetration.
• Drive customer acquisition through database recall, dealer programs and other strategic channels.
• Lead and coordinate Area Heads and Branch Heads so refinancing strategies are executed consistently across the network.
• Monitor business and branch performance, identify productivity gaps and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Strengthen the refinancing organization and operating model, including team structure, dealer development and business programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing or a related field; a relevant professional certification is a plus.
• At least 7 years of experience in multifinance, leasing or banking, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven hands-on experience in Refinancing/Multiguna, preferably covering R2/R4 used vehicle financing.
• Track record of independently developing and implementing refinancing programs, with expertise in customer acquisition, market expansion and business growth.
• Experience managing nationwide business through area and branch networks, with strong business planning, dealer relationship management, performance monitoring and corrective action.
