Project Coordinator – Non‑Sponsorship Project

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead its Non‑Sponsorship Project in Bandung, West Java. The role will oversee planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of donor‑funded initiatives that improve the lives of vulnerable children and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project work plans aligned with organizational strategy and donor requirements.
• Monitor progress, ensure quality, accountability and sustainability of activities.
• Prepare regular reports, evaluations and evidence‑based learning documents.
• Coordinate with national office, government agencies, donors and local partners.
• Facilitate capacity‑building workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Travel within Indonesia as needed for field coordination and data collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, education, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Coordinator or Specialist in humanitarian or development projects.
• Experience with grant‑funded projects and familiarity with Indonesia’s early‑primary education system.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and engage in field mobility activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
