Mass Donor Engagement Executive

About the role

The Mass Donor Engagement Executive is responsible for building and maintaining transformational relationships with mass sponsors and donors, ensuring a steady flow of income and high donor satisfaction. This role works within World Vision Indonesia’s mission to support vulnerable children worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer‑oriented service to mass sponsors and donors, addressing payment issues, gift notifications, and other inquiries.
• Support the development and execution of donor engagement strategies and contribute to achieving annual income targets.
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve payment and donation issues and ensure timely settlement.
• Manage and update donor information in the SIMMA CRM system.
• Participate in donor events, encourage increased giving, and communicate donor updates through all channels.
• Collaborate with the Sponsorship Support Executive and Sponsorship Department to deliver quality sponsorship products.
• Comply with all reporting, accountability, and emergency response requirements.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle donor queries, complaints, and payment issues efficiently.
• Willingness to support emergency response efforts as needed.
• Commitment to completing mandatory World Vision trainings and ongoing capacity‑building activities.

Required skills

• Experience using SIMMA (CRM system) or similar donor management platforms.
