Donor Conversion & Reactivation Consultant (Consultancy)

About the role

Save the Children Indonesia is looking for an experienced consultant to design and pilot a donor conversion and reactivation strategy. The role focuses on turning leads and inactive supporters into active monthly donors for the Komunitas Pahlawan Anak (KPA) program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conversion and reactivation strategies based on donor behavior, engagement data, and audience segmentation.
• Design and refine lead journeys that move prospects and existing supporters into recurring donors.
• Recommend optimal use of multichannel communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, and telemarketing.
• Create messaging frameworks, engagement tactics, and conversion tactics to boost acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
• Support pilot implementation, monitor results, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and practical performance‑monitoring mechanisms.
• Document recommendations, processes, and best practices for integration into ongoing operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead conversion, donor lifecycle management, fundraising, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of multichannel engagement strategies, both digital and direct.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with monthly membership, subscription, or recurring revenue models is a plus.
• Experience working with nonprofit organisations or fundraising teams is advantageous.
