Grant Finance Assistant (Consultancy)

About the role

This consultancy supports the Grant Finance Unit of Save the Children Indonesia, providing technical assistance for donor‑funded projects. The role focuses on collecting, reviewing, and reporting financial documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and donor requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and review financial supporting documents for UN Women, Humanitarian, HKDRF, DRA, and NTT response projects.
• Review payment requests within the Humanitarian Portfolio and ensure accuracy before approval.
• Validate monthly financial reports submitted by implementing partners, including all supporting documentation.
• Prepare and submit audited financial documents for external auditors as required.
• Coordinate with program and finance teams to streamline document flow during the ERP transition.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience working with donor‑funded projects and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision of the Grant Finance Manager.
• Good communication skills to liaise with implementing partners and internal units.
