About the role

The Executive Lounge Manager leads the daily operations of Kempinski's VIP/Executive Lounge, delivering 5‑star service to premium guests and VIPs. This position blends high‑end hospitality, guest relations, and food & beverage oversight to create an exclusive, seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome VIP and Executive Floor guests, managing personalized check‑ins, check‑outs, and special requests with discretion.
• Oversee lounge setup and presentation for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor lounge attendants and receptionists to uphold flawless service standards.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness, high‑quality food presentation, and a calm, exclusive atmosphere.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback, resolve complaints instantly, and anticipate needs.
• Manage lounge inventory (linen, cutlery, F&B supplies) and control operational costs within the department budget.
