Trading System Operations Officer – Outsourced Role

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Trading System Operations Officer on an outsourced basis to support the day‑to‑day operation of our Bond and Equity trading platforms. The role focuses on maintaining system stability, data accuracy, and continuous improvement of trading processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and evaluate the Bond Trading & Reporting system and the Equity trading system.
• Execute parameter updates and perform system testing and operational controls.
• Ensure data accuracy and support system‑enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain operational excellence to keep trading activities orderly and efficient.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in system operations, IT operations, or trading‑system support.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English.
• Basic knowledge of finance, capital markets and project management is a plus.
