About the role
PT Handal Guna Sarana, a logistics company operating in Jakarta, is looking for a Warehouse Staff to support its warehousing operations. The role involves handling daily inbound and outbound activities, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate loading orders and delivery documents (DO & surat jalan).
- Conduct daily and monthly stock audits (stock opname).
- Follow up with customers to confirm shipments.
- Perform packing, loading, unloading, inbound and outbound handling.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum education: high school (SMK/SMA).
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Physical ability to handle manual loading tasks.
