About the role
The SO Fleet (Head of Workshop) is responsible for guiding mechanics and ensuring smooth fleet operations across pools, hubs, and field locations. This role oversees vehicle maintenance, spare‑part replacement, and daily readiness of the fleet to meet company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direction and assistance to mechanics on technical tasks.
- Resolve operational issues faced by drivers, helpers, and the fleet team in both hub and field environments.
- Conduct machine maintenance, including testing, overhauls, servicing, and spare‑part replacements.
- Ensure all fleet‑related processes start and finish each day efficiently.
- Guarantee that the fleet is road‑worthy and complies with established standards.
Required profile
- Minimum D3 (associate) degree or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar fleet or workshop role.
- Analytical, energetic, dynamic, and creative mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive communication with mechanics, drivers, and helpers.
- Capable of managing assigned tasks effectively.
