SI Implementation Project Delivery Lead, Microsoft Stacks

About the role

As a key member of the leadership team at Avanade, Accenture's technology consulting practice, you will oversee the planning, management and delivery of strategic, complex technology implementation programs across multiple countries. You will lead the most critical and complex projects and programs, keeping them on schedule, within budget and to quality standards, while building trusted client partnerships and supporting key sales pursuits. The role also includes mentoring colleagues and applying AI-enabled capabilities to modernise delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex technology implementation programs across multiple countries, from initiation through closure, within a regional delivery model.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, contractual obligations and commercial commitments.
• Manage fixed-price and commercially sensitive projects, with governance over scope and change, planning and scheduling, financial management, risk and issue management, and quality assurance.
• Develop and govern project plans, interpret contractual obligations and secure alignment from senior leadership on key decisions.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders, including CXO-level leaders, and manage escalations and complex situations.
• Guide delivery teams on best practices, contribute to architecture and integration discussions, and support solution and technology decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, mentor team members and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and subcontractors.
• Navigate delivery environments across Southeast Asia and leverage AI-enabled capabilities within the SDLC to improve delivery efficiency.
• Coach and develop teams across AI, M365, D365 ERP and CRM programs, and foster a customer-centric culture.

Required profile

• 8+ years of total working experience.
• Proven experience leading technology project implementations across a regional environment spanning 3-5+ countries.
• Extensive experience managing end-to-end project and program delivery in consulting and solution implementation settings.
• Experience managing commercially sensitive fixed-price projects with strong governance.
• Ability to engage with CXO and senior stakeholders, manage escalations and build trusted client relationships.
• Good understanding of SEA business and cultural dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field is advantageous.

Required skills

• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft platforms, preferably Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM, Power Platform and Azure.
• Core project and program management: estimation, planning, scheduling, resource management, scope control, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and similar project controls tools.
• Leadership of onshore and offshore teams, with mentoring and coaching experience.
• Preferred: PMP or PgMP certification, and experience using AI within the SDLC.
