Digital Transformation Advisory Lead (AI Adoption / Change Management)

About the role

Avanade, the Accenture & Microsoft joint venture, is looking for a Digital Transformation Advisory Lead in Jakarta who will join project teams tackling real client challenges such as AI for nurse handovers, smarter cities and future banking. You will help turn ideas into structured insights and build a portfolio of strategy and design work.

Key responsibilities

• Join project teams working on real client challenges and contribute to impactful projects across Southeast Asia.
• Help run discovery and design workshops that map journeys, capture requirements and prototype wireframes.
• Translate ideas into business requirements, user stories and process flows.
• Explore M365 tools, data and design thinking methods to strengthen client solutions.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, engineers and client stakeholders.
• Experiment with the Microsoft tech stack (Azure, OpenAI, Power Platform, Dynamics, Azure).
• Learn from senior strategists, designers and AI innovators who advise governments and Fortune 500 companies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in a management consulting environment managing diversified industry projects.
• Experience in the banking sector is preferred.
• Recent experience on AI projects is a plus; knowledge of M365 / Copilot is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, curiosity about strategy, design and technology.

Required skills

• Wireframing (Figma, Miro, PowerPoint) and process mapping are a bonus.
• Research experience is a bonus.
