Senior Talent & Culture Coordinator

About the role

Livit International, a coworking, training and business services provider in Bali, is looking for a Senior Talent & Culture Coordinator to lead its Talent & Culture team. The role combines recruitment, organizational development and process coordination, with a particular focus on improving performance review processes. It suits someone who is organized, proactive and eager to learn, even with limited prior exposure to recruitment, OKRs, performance reviews or SOP development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes end to end, including online and offline interviews in English and, where needed, Bahasa Indonesia
• Manage job postings across ATS platforms and job boards
• Coordinate quarterly KPI and OKR cycles across departments
• Coordinate quarterly performance review processes and follow-ups, and support improvements to performance and values-driven review systems
• Build, maintain, review and help enforce SOPs and internal processes
• Coordinate quarterly team-building and employee engagement activities
• Administer and maintain company tools such as Google Workspace
• Coordinate timelines, follow-ups and projects with stakeholders across the company, including leadership

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, talent, recruitment, people operations or related fields
• Experience coordinating recruitment and remote hiring is highly preferred
• Comfortable conducting interviews and communicating professionally in English
• Strong organizational, coordination and follow-through skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, fast-moving environment
• Ownership, initiative, attention to detail and a collaborative, proactive mindset

Required skills

• Plus: experience with KPI, OKRs and Holacracy
• Plus: interest in performance management and organizational development
• Plus: experience creating, maintaining or improving SOPs
