Training Executive (Local Hire)

About the role

The Training Executive will support the Training Manager in delivering Kempinski’s training mission, helping to build a robust training network across the hotel. This role is designed to develop the holder for future leadership or operational positions within training.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Training Manager in establishing a training network according to Kempinski standards.
• Ensure corporate Training BITES are fully implemented and aligned with hotel policies.
• Assist in planning, designing and delivering training programmes.
• Implement the training marketing strategy defined by the Training Manager.
• Promote Kempinski DNA and brand immersion activities.
• Seek new approaches to improve training service efficiency.
• Support the development of Training & Departmental Trainer team members.
• Ensure accurate completion of the Kempinski Training Monthly report and its inclusion in the Regional Training Consolidation Report.
• Lead by example and uphold Kempinski’s core values.
• Facilitate the annual Training Self Audit using Kempinski’s audit tool.
• Promote and implement Kempinski Corporate Training policies and procedures.
