About the role

The Commercial Effectiveness Lead drives performance of MSD's commercial organization in Indonesia, ensuring sales and marketing operate as an integrated unit. This senior position owns the end‑to‑end Commercial Effectiveness agenda, from go‑to‑market optimization to performance management and business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own and shape the Indonesia Commercial Effectiveness agenda, partnering with Business Units to optimize customer engagement, channel, and go‑to‑market models.
• Lead Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives, establishing metrics, overseeing territory design, and improving field productivity.
• Establish integrated planning processes that align Sales and Marketing priorities, facilitating cross‑functional reviews and removing execution gaps.
• Manage commercial performance dashboards, conduct data analysis, and provide scenario‑based decision support to leadership.
