About the role
Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto, a property of Accor in South Jakarta, is hiring a Sales Executive for the Government Segment. The role develops and manages government accounts to maximise hotel revenue through room sales, meetings, events and banquet business, building relationships with ministries, government institutions and state-owned enterprises (BUMN) while complying with procurement regulations and hotel sales strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably on government or corporate accounts.
- Experience with government procurement or BUMN accounts is an advantage.
- A good understanding of the Jakarta government market is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with hotel sales systems and CRM is an advantage.
