Sales Data Analyst, Assistant Manager (IC)

About the role

Kredivo is looking for an experienced Sales Data Analyst, Assistant Manager (Individual Contributor) to support analytics needs for the Business Development function. The role tracks and analyses key metrics and KPIs for the sales promoter, sales operation, merchant operations and business development departments, working closely with business owners, product managers, product analysts, data engineers and data scientists to deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tracking and analysis of key metrics and KPIs such as GMV growth, promo spend efficiency, sales channel performance, merchant operations and store performance.
• Design and refine monthly sales team targets, incentive plans, performance tracking and the process for resolving discrepancies.
• Collect and organize data independently, generate reports and dashboards, and run deep-dive analysis on sales promoter performance and patterns.
• Act as analytical partner to the sales promoter team, identify growth opportunities, and support internal product development from a data perspective.
• Develop, maintain and own sales-related data marts, and lead root cause analysis of complex data issues, documenting findings, data marts, pipelines and insights.
• Serve as subject matter expert and technical reference point for other analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative subject such as Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or Mathematics.
• At least 7 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, Sales Data Analyst or Product Analyst.
• Excellent analytical skills and great communication skills to turn complex data into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Advanced SQL (mandatory)
• Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (mandatory)
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Mode or Looker (mandatory)
• Data warehouse modelling (mandatory)
• Data pipeline automation with Airflow or dbt (mandatory)
• Programming in Python is a strong advantage
• Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot) and leading a team of analysts are strong advantages
