Sales Analytics Executive

About the role

Kredivo is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support analytics needs for the Business Development function. The role tracks and analyses key metrics and KPIs for sales promoters, sales operations, merchant acquisition and business development, working closely with product managers, product analysts, data engineers and data scientists to deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track key metrics and KPIs such as GMV growth, promo spend efficiency, sales channel performance, merchant acquisitions and store performance.
• Create monthly sales team targets, incentive plans and performance tracking.
• Collect and organize data from various sources and generate reports and dashboards.
• Analyze sales promoter performance and patterns, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales promoter team to understand operational needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities for sales promoter growth and improvement.
• Support internal product development from a data perspective.
• Develop, maintain and own sales-related data marts, and document data assets including data marts, automated pipelines, insights and root cause analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative subject such as Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or Mathematics.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, Sales Data Analyst or Product Analyst.
• Excellent analytical skills and great communication skills to turn complex data into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient English, written and spoken.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL (mandatory).
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Mode or Looker.
• Strong advantages: data warehouse modelling, Airflow/dbt data pipeline automation, and Python.
