Retail Executive - Make Up For Ever

About the role

LVMH is looking for a Retail Executive to lead and grow the MAKE UP FOR EVER OMNI business in Jakarta and strengthen its brand presence. The role covers retail analysis, stock and replenishment, order-to-store processes and support for retail operations and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Run the OMNI channel retail analysis dashboard and monitor sales performance, producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Manage stock assurance and replenishment across all channels, product forecasting and overall channel management according to DOI guidelines
• Share retail data insights across channels to improve productivity and defend the brand's market position
• Own the end-to-end process from warehouse GR to store allocation, including on-time sales orders in SAP (DN creation by door) in line with SOPs
• Track monthly business performance by channel and door, reviewing gaps and opportunities against the brand marketing calendar
• Support the Retail Operational Audit Excellence programme, reviewing SOP implementation in stores via CRM data and store audits with the retail ops team
• Work with all functions on NPD and campaign rollouts and support trade promotions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in retail or FMCG, preferably as a merchandiser or key account
• Experience with digital channels preferred
• Professional English proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Good time management and strong analytical skills for sales and data analysis
• Positive work ethic, resilience and creativity, able to represent the brand well
