Regional Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Igloo, the operating system for insurance in Southeast Asia, is hiring a Regional Growth Marketing Manager in Jakarta. The role leads enterprise-grade growth and marketing strategy and execution across Tech Solutions, B2B2C partnerships and B2C business lines, combining B2B marketing fundamentals with modern growth and digital expertise. It suits a senior marketing manager who can work in structured, cross-functional environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional growth marketing roadmap aligned with commercial and product strategies, and build annual and quarterly plans with KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue and market expansion.
• Lead B2B demand generation, including account-based marketing (ABM) for enterprise partners, and design integrated campaigns across digital, content, events and partnerships.
• Oversee SEO and performance marketing, and establish CRM and lifecycle marketing frameworks for lead nurturing and retention.
• Work with product and commercial teams on positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies, and lead regional product launches.
• Build reporting dashboards, set marketing governance standards and use data to guide strategy.
• Manage agencies and cross-market collaborators, mentor team members and align product, sales and country teams.

Required profile

• 6-8+ years of experience across B2B marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing and product marketing.
• Proven track record running successful enterprise B2B marketing campaigns in high-growth environments.
• Experience in both multinational corporations and startups, bridging structured processes and agile execution.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with a strong growth mindset.
