Quality Assurance Automation Testing

About the role

The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for web, mobile, and backend applications to ensure high quality and stability before deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze testing requirements based on business and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Perform automation testing to verify functionality, performance, and stability.
• Identify, document, track, and report defects.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA teams, and project managers.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and scripts.
• Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, execution reports, and documentation.
• Support integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor test execution results and recommend quality improvements.
• Support RPA initiatives to improve testing efficiency.
• Ensure testing activities comply with quality standards, security, and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
• Experience in QA internship or graduate of a QA Automation & Programming bootcamp.
• Ability to create automation scripts.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jakarta under a contract.
• Preferred experience in automation testing within the banking industry.

Required skills

• Automation tools: Micro Focus UFT, Mobile Center, Katalon, Appium, Selenium.
• RPA tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.
• Programming/scripting languages.NET, VBScript.
