Head of Data & AI

About the role

Lead Zurich Indonesia’s data, analytics and artificial intelligence transformation agenda. Shape and execute the enterprise Data & AI strategy, build scalable platforms and drive data‑driven decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Data & AI roadmap, aligning initiatives with business value and regulatory requirements.
• Architect modern data platforms and AI/GenAI solutions, including MLOps environments, to enable predictive analytics, NLP and generative AI use cases.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to continuously improve data strategy and maintain strong governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics or related field; Master’s degree and professional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience designing enterprise data architecture and AI solutions, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, advise executive leadership and drive transformation initiatives.
