Partner Growth & Enablement Executive – Relocate to Indonesia

About the role

As the Partner Growth & Enablement Executive you will act as the primary liaison between our company and its ERP implementation partners. Based in Indonesia, you will help partners increase sales, deepen product knowledge, and deliver successful ERP projects for their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive partner‑led sales growth and ensure revenue targets and KPIs are met.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with each partner, aligning on goals, strategies, and target markets.
• Review partner pipelines, identify opportunities, and provide guidance to accelerate deal closures.
• Participate in partner‑customer meetings, demos, and negotiations to support co‑selling and product positioning.
• Monitor and report on partner performance, forecast accuracy, and activity levels.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to enable partner success.
• Maintain high standards of partner performance while balancing support and accountability.
• Represent partner interests internally, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to grow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, channel/partner management, or ERP/SaaS solution sales.
• Strong understanding of business processes (finance, sales, inventory, manufacturing) and various business models.
• Proven track record of driving revenue through partners or resellers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical, KPI‑driven mindset comfortable with numbers and forecasts.
• Proactive, organized, high ownership, and result‑oriented.
• Willingness to relocate to Indonesia and strong market knowledge of Papua New Guinea.
