Microsoft Dynamics AX / 365 ERP – Functional Consultant

About the role

As a Microsoft Dynamics AX / 365 ERP Functional Consultant, you will work on diverse implementation projects, helping clients document future business processes, align them with Dynamics 365, and guide their digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of business processes within Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
• Analyze detailed business requirements, conduct workshops, and prepare custom specifications.
• Support key users throughout project activities and ensure successful adoption.
• Mentor and manage junior consultants as part of the delivery team.

Required profile

• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to quickly understand client needs.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Business Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
• In‑depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX processes.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
