Manufacturing Engineer – Injection Molding & Automation

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer supports production workers on the shop floor, resolves routine queries, and helps optimise manufacturing systems. You will work under direct supervision, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line assistance to operators, troubleshoot process issues and maintain accurate production records.
• Execute routine equipment repairs, replace defective parts, and perform minor adjustments to restore functionality.
• Participate in engineering, commissioning and qualification activities, including user acceptance testing and documentation preparation.
• Support daily manufacturing tasks, identify problems using standard procedures and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with injection molding and automation systems.
• Technical certifications in PLC, injection molding or related fields.
• Diploma or associate degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, including tooling maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
