Key Account Manager – Public Safety & Air Power Services

About the role

Airbus Defense and Space is looking for a driven Key Account Manager to lead sales of Public Safety and Security (PSS) products and Air Power Services in Indonesia. The role combines strategic account development with hands‑on business generation, primarily targeting Ministry of Defence and related organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy for PSS solutions (Tetra, Broadband, Hybrid, Applications) and Air Power Services.
• Achieve order‑intake targets and grow the opportunity pipeline in the assigned territory.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with key influencers in government, defence, mining, oil & gas, transportation and industrial sectors.
• Collaborate with channel partners, VARs, mobile network operators and internal Airbus teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Analyse customer and MNO needs for mission‑critical and business‑critical communications.
• Lead strategic initiatives with third‑party system integrators and manage channel partner performance.
• Provide market insights, forecasts and regular reports using Airbus digital tools and CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within public safety, security or defence markets.
• Strong ability to develop long‑term relationships with government and industry customers.
• Excellent understanding of the Indonesian market and its regulatory environment.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
