Junior Branch Manager

About the role

AECC is looking for a Junior Branch Manager in Jakarta to oversee the day-to-day operations of its branch, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff and help achieve organisational goals. The role works closely with the manager on managerial tasks and plays an important part in developing, coordinating and executing marketing activities and localised initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily branch activities and maintain a smooth working environment
• Lead and motivate team members, provide guidance, training and performance feedback, and manage staffing levels and schedules
• Deliver high-quality customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Work with the marketing team and Business Development Specialist to meet or exceed branch sales targets and take part in local marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements, and enforce security and safety measures
• Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses and financial reports

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a counsellor or senior counsellor position
• Familiarity with budgeting and general finance functions
• Experience in people management
• Creative, strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of products and client relations
