IT Project Manager

About the role

VLink Inc is looking for an IT Project Manager to support its Scrum Team in South Jakarta. You will act as a facilitator, ensuring smooth collaboration between Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders while upholding Scrum values.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the Scrum Team through agile, transparent, and professional software development processes.
• Protect the Development Team from external interruptions and resolve impediments.
• Escalate issues and propose proactive solutions for obstacles.
• Work with the Product Owner to align development work with Sprint Goals and prioritize the Product Backlog.
• Oversee all Scrum ceremonies and ensure they are executed effectively.
• Analyze problems to identify short‑term and long‑term fixes.
• Identify workflow improvements to boost efficiency.
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum training sessions for the team and broader organization.
• Maintain clear, constructive communication with internal and external IT teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Group Head.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in software development projects, preferably as a developer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience serving as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team member, or Project Manager.
• Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Proven track record of applying Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Product Owner or Scrum Developer) are a plus.
