IT Project Management Officer (PMO)

About the role
The IT Project Management Officer (PMO) will support PT DIKSHA TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA in delivering large‑scale IT initiatives. This role requires independent project leadership and close collaboration with international teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage large‑scale IT projects independently.
- Collaborate with international teams, adapting communication to cultural nuances.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Coordinate multiple priorities and ensure project timelines are met.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on PMO functions.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
