IT Programmer

About the role

CARE Technologies is looking for an IT Programmer to join its South Jakarta office. You will translate business workflows into robust software solutions, ensure quality through testing, and support end‑users with clear documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Review project objectives, input data and output requirements with analysts, supervisors and clients.
• Convert workflow information into code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.
• Conduct functional tests, modify code sequences and resolve defects.
• Write operating instructions and maintain reference documentation for users.
• Document program development history and revisions.
• Create and maintain business‑process and project documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and solve technical problems.
• Uphold client confidentiality and professional ethics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or Computerized Accounting.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Experience with Cloud and DevOps technologies, especially Azure App Services, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Azure tools/APIs such as Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Vision, Azure Machine Learning and Azure AI Studio.
• Knowledge of .Net Core framework and SQL Server performance tuning.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and database query tools.
