IT Product Manager – Banking

About the role

The IT Product Manager will lead the delivery of banking‑focused digital solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope and budget. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving product vision and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering schedules, deliverables, resources, deployment and change management.
• Organise and facilitate kick‑off meetings, setting expectations with users and sponsors.
• Lead the project team to meet agreed timelines, scope and cost targets.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate project issues and risks.
• Produce regular status reports and ad‑hoc updates for BPUI.
• Prepare the Project Implementation Report (PIR) after go‑live and ensure all documentation complies with BPUI procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years experience as a Product Owner.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the banking or broader finance sector.
• Ability to collaborate with business teams to create and obtain approval for business cases.
• Strong coordination skills to gather and finalize business requirements.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Jakarta and operate within the finance industry.
