IT Monitoring & Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Monitoring & Support professional to join our team in South Jakarta. The role involves delivering first‑line technical assistance to end‑users in a 24/7 shift environment, ensuring smooth operation of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Handle incidents and service requests in daily production operations.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, engineers, and end‑users to resolve issues.
• Document incidents, resolutions, asset records, and support activities.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and standard office applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk or a similar role.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic IT service management processes.
• Ability to work in a service‑oriented team environment.

Required skills

• SNMP and Syslog protocols for monitoring tools.
• Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Database administration basics.
• Network connectivity fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
