Freelance Recruiter – Thailand or South Korea (Remote)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment (DKR) is expanding across Asia and seeks experienced freelance recruiters based in Thailand or South Korea. Work remotely from your home country and earn up to 40% commission on each successful placement.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and qualify candidates in Thailand or South Korea for high‑volume and specialist projects.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for a variety of sectors, including iGaming, BPO, Tech and Media.
• Manage candidates through screening, interview coordination and offer stages.
• Utilise LinkedIn, job boards and social media to identify talent and generate leads.
• Provide local market intelligence and recruitment insights to DKR’s delivery team.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in DKR’s recruitment systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Native Thai or Korean speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement abilities.
• Deep understanding of the local labour market.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Result‑driven and motivated by commission‑based earnings.
• International recruiting experience is a strong advantage.
