Finance Officer – Accounting & Finance

About the role

The Finance Officer will ensure that all billing, purchasing and financial transactions are properly documented, authorized and recorded in accordance with company policies. This role supports accurate cash management, accounts payable/receivable and provides essential financial reporting for audit and operational purposes.

Key responsibilities

• Validate billing, purchasing and financial transactions with appropriate documentation and approvals.
• Record accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts and disbursements accurately in the accounting system.
• Monitor outstanding AR/AP items and follow up to achieve timely settlement.
• Prepare customer refund reports and ensure refunds are documented and posted correctly.
• Perform regular reconciliations to confirm the completeness and accuracy of financial records.
• Maintain organized financial documentation for audit and reporting needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth transaction processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, AP/AR or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and transaction processes.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• High integrity, responsibility and confidentiality when handling financial information.
