Finance, Accounting & Tax Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax Executive to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with tax regulations. You will play a key part in month‑end closings, reconciliations, and audit support, keeping our books accurate and audit‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss, and cash flow reports.
• Perform vendor, bank and stakeholder reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes by preparing schedules and analyses.
• Manage day‑to‑day financial operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial records.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings in line with local regulations.
• Handle communications with tax authorities, addressing queries and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audit and filing periods.
• Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to record, track, and reconcile transactions.
• Prepare documentation and respond to information requests from internal or external auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
