Finance Accounting and Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Accounting and Tax Manager to lead our financial operations in South Jakarta. The role combines financial statement closing, tax compliance, and team leadership to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and manage month‑end closing for timely financial statements.
• Oversee tax filings, stay current with regulations, and ensure full compliance.
• Maintain the general ledger, resolve discrepancies, and produce management statements.
• Generate daily collection reports, monitor receivables, and review sales exceptions.
• Audit the fixed‑asset register and verify site records.
• Mentor and manage finance, accounting, and tax staff while solving complex payment and receivable issues.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects such as budgeting, corporate income tax, and licensing.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in financial closing, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Proven experience managing corporate tax compliance and staying updated on regulatory changes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
