Factory Manager

About the role

The Factory Manager will lead Mulia41’s manufacturing facility, ensuring production efficiency, high quality, and cost‑effective operations. This role drives continuous improvement and prepares the plant to meet the demands of a global market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise, direct and run day‑to‑day production operations to exceed customer expectations.
• Oversee roll‑forming machinery and the Wagner painting line, minimising downtime and maximising output.
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs, analysing data to identify efficiency improvements.
• Uphold and enhance quality‑control standards to meet internal and international benchmarks.
• Manage the factory budget, control costs and optimise inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Lead, mentor and develop the factory team, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
• Contribute to global expansion strategy by aligning the plant with international standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a factory management role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets and drive continuous improvement.
