Engineering Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure software solutions. You will be the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define system architecture and make critical technical decisions.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance and adherence to coding best practices.
• Oversee code reviews, technical documentation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with leadership, HR and stakeholders for resource planning and team development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role such as Tech Lead, Engineering Lead or Engineering Manager.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands‑on coding ability.
