Dispatcher – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Dispatcher is responsible for planning and coordinating driver and vehicle schedules to meet customer demand. This role ensures smooth execution of delivery orders while maintaining compliance with company SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adjust driver and vehicle schedules based on customer allocations and real‑time constraints.
• Monitor schedule execution and make timely adjustments to optimize vehicle utilization.
• Communicate with all relevant parties to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Supervise the completeness and accuracy of documentation according to SOPs.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of order realization reports.
• Handle driver negligence reports, record them, and forward to the supervisor.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance to staff within the division.
• Prepare and manage staff work schedules.
• Ensure all operational reports are submitted on time and in line with SOPs.
• Monitor partner (standby) attendance and enforce SOP compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum D3 (associate degree) in any field.
• At least 2 years of coordination experience in transportation or distribution.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, teamwork, attention to detail, innovation, and initiative.
• Capable of working under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung, Subang, Ciawi, Sentul, or Jakarta and to relocate or rotate as needed.
• Available to start immediately.
