About the role
As the Director of Consumer Marketing for Mastercard in Indonesia, you will shape and execute the country’s consumer and media channel strategies. You will drive brand preference and usage by leveraging digital, social and sponsorship assets to connect with key consumer segments.
Key responsibilities
- Innovate, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across mobile and emerging technologies.
- Translate demographic, attitudinal and behavioural data into multi‑channel targeting approaches.
- Develop, schedule and measure social media content and manage the publishing calendar.
- Utilise Mastercard’s sponsorship portfolio to create market‑relevant assets that boost brand preference.
- Design and deliver B2B2C campaigns with issuers, aligning co‑funded marketing assets at scale.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 12+ years of progressive consumer marketing experience in large, matrixed organisations (payments, fintech, FMCG or similar).
- Proven leadership of high‑performing teams and agencies, with strong strategic planning and end‑to‑end campaign ownership.
- Commercial acumen with budget management, business case development and KPI reporting.
