Corporate Strategy and Risk Management Specialist

About the role

World Vision Indonesia is seeking a Corporate Strategy and Risk Management Specialist to integrate strategy formulation, performance management and risk frameworks across the organization. The role will support the implementation of the country strategy, ensure alignment with global priorities and help the organization navigate uncertainties while maintaining its commitment to vulnerable children.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain integrated performance and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks, policies and systems.
• Facilitate development, execution and cascading of the country strategy, incorporating risk analysis and mitigation across all departments.
• Develop and harmonise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to monitor progress and resilience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate strategic initiatives with risk‑informed decision making.
• Conduct regular internal and external landscape analyses and lead periodic strategy and risk reviews.
• Oversee the organization‑wide Business Continuity Plan and monitor readiness for crisis and disruption scenarios.
• Support emergency response readiness and coordinate timely, accountable assistance during crises.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy development, performance management or risk management within a complex organization.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate risk assessments into actionable plans.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Understanding of non‑profit or humanitarian sector priorities is advantageous.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) principles and frameworks.
• Experience developing and managing KPIs and KRIs.
• Familiarity with business continuity planning and crisis management.
